General
A 14k gold filled piece is created by bonding an actual layer of 14k gold to a base metal, such as brass. It has the look and feel of real gold, but is more affordable. It is very hard wearing and under normal wear the gold will not peel or flake, unlike gold plated. Treated with care, gold filled items should stay bright and gold, lasting a lifetime.

Care & Sizing
Elastic
Our bracelets are made with jewellery elastic and should be rolled on and off your wrist. They can withstand reasonable wear and tear but should not be over stretched.
14k Gold Fill and Sterling Silver
Beads are tarnish and peel free, day to day hand washing and showering will not harm them but you should avoid exposure to harsh chemicals to ensure they last.
Semi Precious
Beads are all natural stones so there may be colour variations between batches. We do not advise prolonged exposure to water or excessive heat and any exposure to chemicals.
Measure your wrist before placing your order using a piece of string or measuring tape - our bracelets are made to fit snug.
Order as per your measurement (to the nearest centimetre) as we make the necessary adjustments for you.

We custom make every piece so we can accomodate larger and smaller sizes too.
Ensure you measure your wrist before placing your order using a piece of string or measuring tape - our bracelets are made to fit snug. Order as per your measurement (not any more) as we make the necessary adjustments for you.
There will be a £5 charge for us to remake a bracelet if the wrong size is ordered so it is important to measure your wrist.
Delivery
As all jewellery is custom made to order, orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days.
If you need it sooner than this, please contact us, we will always aim to accommodate a fast track dispatch.

Returns
Auraya will not accept returns as each item is custom made. However, should there be an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage due to overstretching. If you would like your bracelet restrung, we would be happy to offer this service.
